Staying Organized

{ 1. Lilly Pulitzer Large Agenda - 26$ / 2. Cath Kidston Large Agenda - 13$ / 3. Sarah Pinto Flag Academic Planner - 20$ / 4. Kate Spade Tudor City Large Debra - 195$ }

One of the hardest things for me is keeping organized. I'm one of those people who needs to have an agenda of some sort to write everything down or else I'll forget. There is just so much going on in my brain all the time. Agendas (or organizers, whatever you call them) aren't what they used to be. I'm used to the old plain leather bound ones with a simple clasp and some plain paper. Now, you can find them in all sorts of patterns and some even come with my favourite, stickers.

Personally, I go for an agenda that is large. That way, I don't lose them and they're easy to find in my bags amongst all of the other stuff. I also like to look for one that is either bound with a clasp or has a hard cover. They're more durable and easy to work with. I also really recommend ones that are spiral bound. Why? When you need to turn the pages, it's easier and more comfortable to write on. Just my opinion though!

Now comes the price range. I'm sure many of us have dreamed of owning one of those gorgeous Louis Vuitton organizers with the classic monogram cover. I know I have, many times. But think about it. You pay around 300$ for the agenda base. That comes with one year of paper and a few other little trinkets. Then, when the year is over, and you need to buy new refills, they're something like 75$? That's crazy! If you're looking for a nice, solid agenda that will get you through the year without burning a hole in your pocket, give the Lilly Pulitzer one a go. If you're willing to splurge and purchase a leather agenda that will last you a while, go with the Kate Spade one.

Regardless of what you choose, agendas and organizers are the key to keeping track of everything going on in your life. Happy organizing!

  1. You definitely sound like me when it comes to remember things. I tried putting it in my phone but I love to write it down in a agenda. Keeps me more organized.

    1. I honestly cannot use my iPhones calendar! It just isn't the same! I like to have it physically written down infront of me!

  2. I used to write things in my phone as well, but I never got reminded of it until it was late. I love the Cath Kidston one! As well as the Lilly Pulitzer one. I keep my agenda in my purse at all times. It has all my list and appts in it.
